As my standard, I use going to sleep at midnight and waking up at 8 AM.

haha! I love it.

Still, it’s hard enough to keep track of where you are, minus your sleep schedule - I just told my parents this morning that you were in a totally different state than the one you’re in, and just realized it now. This doesn’t make it easier on us man! ;)
