I, Jacob Adam Smith, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of Oklahoma against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of Oklahoma and the orders of the officers appointed over me, acording to law and regulations. So help me God

I do hereby acknowledge to have voluntarily enlisted this 28th day of May, 2008 in the Oklahoma National Guard and as a Reserve of the United States Army with membership in the Army National Guard of the United States for a period of 6 years, 0 months, 0 days, under the conditions prescribed by law, unless sooner discharged by proper authority
